Gale Mazur

Gale Mazur is a Consultant with experience in strategic human resource management, compensation, organizational effectiveness and training. As a consultant she has worked on a wide variety of projects including designing performance appraisal systems, creating compensation programs, determining FLSA exemption, and developing management and employees training to support the successful implementation of performance appraisal and salary programs.

Prior to consulting with a variety of manufacturing, service and non-profit organizations, Ms. Mazur held human resource management positions with Avco Financial Services, Control Data Corporation, Commercial Credit Company and American Credit Indemnity.

In addition to consulting, Ms. Mazur is on the faculty of Chapman University and the University of Phoenix teaching in the organizational leadership, human resources and business management programs. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Marietta College, Marietta, Ohio and Masters of Arts in Human Resources from George Washington University, Washington D.C.

Gale has over 20 years experience as a human resources executive and consultant, specializing in performance management, employee opinion surveys, compensation, needs assessment, and training design and facilitation, Gale works with organizations to create and implement strategic approaches to human resource management that maximize productivity and cost efficiencies.

Gale holds an advanced degree in human resources from George Washington University and is currently on the faculty of Chapman University and the University of Phoenix teaching in the organizational leadership, human resource and business management programs.
